Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting from a reputed university.

• preferable of CMA (at least 500-1000 marks completed) or CA CC/partly qualified.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in cost accounting & financial accounting in a manufacturing company.

• Proficiency in m/s word/excel and other applications.

• Attention to detail & accuracy in financial data management.

• Proficiency in accounting software & ERP systems.

• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.

• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

• Prepare and analyze cost reports to assist in budgeting and financial planning.

• Monitor and report on cost variances and inefficiencies.

• Develop and maintain standard costs for products.

• Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure cost control measures are in place.

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes with accurate cost accounting data.

• Analyse profitability and cost structures for new projects and product lines.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on cost analysis.

• Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour.

• Interact with Planner to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date.

• Update standard costs in the BOM as needed.

• Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
