Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Cement Industry, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance

Professional certification such as CMA, CA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

• Age 35 to 42 years

Treasury Leadership

Lead the Treasury team to manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking operations.

Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiating optimal terms and facilities.

Optimize fund utilization through strategic investments and debt management.

Oversee short-term and long-term cash forecasting to ensure liquidity readiness.

Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight

Direct the AP team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant vendor payments.

Enforce adherence to credit terms, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Resolve payment disputes promptly and maintain positive supplier relations.

Fixed Asset Management

Oversee maintenance of the fixed asset register, ensuring compliance with policy and standards.

Manage capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal processes.

Conduct periodic asset verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Control

Act as CapEx Controller, managing approval, allocation, and tracking of capital budgets.

Review CapEx proposals for financial viability and alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor project execution against budgets and timelines, reporting variances to management.

Segregation of Duty (SoD) Control in SAP

Review and approve SAP tcode requests, ensuring no SoD conflicts before granting access.

Prepare and enforce mitigation plans for identified SoD risks.

Ensure ongoing compliance with mitigation plans.

Prepare the annual SoD report with full risk assessment and mitigation documentation

NWC & FOCF Forecasting, Reporting & Strategy

Prepare and present NWC and FOCF forecasts to the CEO, comparing against actual results.

Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to achieve financial targets.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.

Track and report key KPIs, recommending improvements to management.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely documentation.

Lead initiatives for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Follow and complete all the assigned IMC actions and supervise the team. Follow company policies related to the job area.

Tax Planning & Process Optimization

Conduct comprehensive tax analysis, identify exposure areas, and formulate strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize liabilities.

Champion automation, system enhancements, and control frameworks to strengthen compliance efficiency across plant and head office operations.

VAT & Tax Filing and Compliance

Lead the preparation, review, and submission of VAT and Tax returns with zero-error precision, ensuring strict adherence to Bangladesh tax regulations and manufacturing-specific statutory requirements.

Maintain an audit-ready documentation ecosystem for all filings.
