• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Minimum Bachelor degree must be commerce background. Accounting or Finance Subject.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

Skills & Expertise: Accounting, Book Keeping

• Experience: Minimum 1 (One) year Accounts related.

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should have positive attitude.

• Experienced candidates will be prioritized

• Must be Computer skill MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Browsing.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

• Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions. Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports.

• Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable and other records.

• Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts. Bank related any work.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and budget reports, monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable and other records.

• Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.

• Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes, month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts.

• Manage budgets for departments, projects and grants.

• Prepare and maintain all aspects of VAT and Tax of the various concerns of the organization. Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.

• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

• Manage the organization`s cash flow and treasury operations, including banking relationships and cash management.

• Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
