Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Must have CA CC from reputed CA firm

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Age 36 to 42 years
• Only Male

• At least 5 years of working experience in the public listed company as a Manager (Accounts & Finance)
  Capable of the overall Accounts & Finance department handling·

• Knowledge about returns as per requirement of regulatory body i.e Tax & VAT authority, RJSC etc.·

• Sound understanding of export oriented business operations, import & export L/C and foreign currency transactions·        

• Candidates with relevant experience in 100% spinning, textile and garments industries will be preferred.·  

• Strong practical knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, VAT, treasury, banking and working capital management.·        

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.·        

• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with senior management.

·         Lead, Supervise, motivate and develop the finance and accounts team.

·         Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements.

·         Process all voucher through proper accounting code

·         Manage financial planning, working capital, cash flow and treasury operations.

·         Oversee banking facilities, LC operations, export proceeds, foreign currency transactions and trade finance.

·         Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Customs, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory requirements.

·         Supervise cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, production cost analysis and variance analysis for spinning mill operations.

·         Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax and VAT authorities, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and improve financial reporting and control processes.
