Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for Spinning Mills Machineries;
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery;
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance of Machineries.
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machineries.
∎ Leading and managing a team of skilled mechanical engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
∎ Preparing and managing the mechanical department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
∎ Train up subordinates to develop service skill.
∎ Exploring and implementing sustainable practices and technologies to reduce the environmental impact.
∎ Collaborating with other departments or teams within the spinning mill to address cross-functional issues.
∎ Diagnosing and resolving HVAC and AC system problems quickly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
∎ Complying with relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
