• CA (CC), CMA, or ACCA will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

• Age At least 27 years

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience in Automobile Workshop, Engineering, or Trading business will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh VAT & Tax compliance.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to independently manage the Finance & Accounts function.

Mahi Engineering Automobiles Ltd., a growing Automobile Workshop & Engineering Services Company, is looking for a qualified, experienced, responsible, and dynamic professional for the position of Finance & Accounts Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting, cash, bank, ledger, and journal records.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, and management reports.

• Manage workshop service billing, receivables, and payables.

• Monitor spare parts inventory, purchases, consumption, and stock reconciliation.

• Prepare and monitor job costing and profitability.

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

• Ensure proper compliance with VAT, Tax, TDS, VDS, and AIT requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax/VAT consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities.

• Maintain proper internal controls and financial documentation.

• Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely reporting to management.

• Negotiable – Based on qualification and experience.
