Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Automobile Spare Parts is mandatory.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the supply chain of automobile spare parts for the warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain all spare parts inventory and stock levels.
- Conduct and maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory audits.
- Prepare order forecasts and coordinate spare parts collection.
- Receive new spare parts and lubricants, conduct physical counting, and submit final reports.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on sales performance, inventory status and parts movement.
- Ensure all procurement and distribution-related documentation is properly updated in the system.
