Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scheduling repairs and ordering materials to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Inspecting work sites to ensure safety standards are being met.
∎ Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
∎ Reporting problems or potential problems to supervisors so they can be addressed before they become major issues.
∎ Training new employees in proper safety procedures and techniques for using equipment and machinery used on the job site.
∎ Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other construction managers to ensure the work site meets safety requirements and is compliant with building codes.
∎ Overseeing the installation of machinery, equipment, and other items used in manufacturing processes.
∎ Assigning work tasks to laborers, such as welders, carpenters, masons, painters, and other tradesmen
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Associate's degree or trade certification in a mechanical field
