Central air-conditioning systems, chiller systems, and solar-powered air-conditioning solutions; and Related mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.

• Manage daily cash receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank-related transactions accurately and securely.

• Process approved payments and employee reimbursements and maintain complete supporting records.

• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances and related records.

• Assist with bank deposits, withdrawals, and payment documentation.

• Support the finance and accounting team with routine financial administration.

• Preferred age: below 40 years. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 20,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
