Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Proficiency: Must have a sound knowledge of and proficiency in using digital marketing tools (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools), CRM systems, and other computer applications.
Strong Communication Skills and Creativity: Experience in developing new concepts and conducting innovative promotional activities.
Business Awareness: Must have a deep understanding of the market and competitors' activities.
Relevant Work Experience: Must have at least 06 (six) months of practical work experience in sales and marketing.
Computer Knowledge and Proficiency: Must have computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Goal-Oriented: Must be determined to achieve targets. After 3 months of joining, a minimum target will be set (e.g., generating purchase orders worth BDT 0.20-0.25 crore per month).
