We are seeking an ambitious individual to join this team as Senior Executive/ Executive (SCM-Local) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Description:-
Responsible for dealing with suppliers, conducting negotiations, arranging agreements, monitoring to purchase of quality materials at competitive prices and following up with the team from time to time
Sourcing of capable supplier(s) ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive prices for Electrical & Mechanical items
Responsible for Checking PR and recommending purchase, store & delivery, QC of the procured items, billing settlement issues and reconciliation etc.
Prepare Purchases & Procurement Plan according to the project requirement
Coordinate, communicate, liaison with concerned department/stakeholders to speed-up the procurement departments function
Mange procurement process fixation, monitoring stock & purchase records, work orders and PR recommendations for approval through Software (SAP)
Maintain liaison with local consultants for rendering their services in respect of erection of plants, installation & commissioning of capital machinery and development of production process
Arrangement of payment of local consultants through assessment of service delivery in line with the Deed of Agreement
Oversee & maintain accurate records (SKU wise) of receiving & issuing all materials, inventory, and quality checking as per procedure
Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to Procurement.
