Responsibilities & Context:
Lead daily delivery planning to ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.
Ensure adequate storage capacity and facility readiness to support continuous goods receiving in the warehouse.
Monitor daily KPIs and stock accuracy, maintaining performance at the desired standard.
Review and communicate daily stock records after completing system vs. physical reconciliation.
Minimize storage-related breakages and ensure high-quality product delivery from the warehouse.
Lead and coordinate all stock counting activities, including cycle counting and wall-to-wall inventory audits.
Monitor customer complaints, stock adjustments, and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Resolve all delivery-related issues to ensure smooth operations and timely distribution.
Review duty rosters and ensure the required workforce and equipment availability as per daily operational needs.
Foster teamwork and strong collaboration with cross-functional departments and key stakeholders.
Ensure safety, compliance, and hygiene standards are maintained across distribution and warehouse operations.
Set performance goals for the distribution team and drive initiatives to achieve zero operational errors.
