Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Ventura Mall, House 14-A, Road 103, Block CEN(C), Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh

Job Summary

HC GROUP CO., LTD. is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee local and international sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and import procurement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.

• Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, machinery, spare parts, and office supplies.

• Handle import procurement, L/C, TT, shipping documents, and customs-related processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and commercial banks.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material supply.

• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.

• Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and cost analyses.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with Production, Finance, Warehouse, and Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, import procedures, L/C, TT, and customs documentation.

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multinational companies will be preferred.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and Bengali (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
