🚨 **We're Hiring | Factory Electrician**

**HC Group Co., Ltd.** is looking for a skilled and experienced **Factory Electrician** to join our Engineering & Maintenance Team.

### 📍 Position

**Factory Electrician**

### ✅ Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory electrical systems and production machinery.

* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

* Diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, generators, and other industrial equipment.

* Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.

* Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new production equipment.

### 🎯 Requirements

* Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.

* Minimum **3–5 years** of experience as a Factory Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, motors, generators, and industrial control systems.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.

* Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial electrical safety standards.
