• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 30 years

• Relevant experience in Electromechanical field, preferred in Starch Industry.

• Public University, such as BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, etc graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical machineries .

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production floors and utilities

• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards 

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and calibration of  machines

• Ensure proper machine settings to meet production quality and efficiency standards

• Reduce machine downtime and support production team in line balancing.

• Train and guide mechanics on advanced machine handling and troubleshooting

• Maintain, repair, and service all mechanical equipment including boilers, compressors, pumps, chillers, HVAC, and utility systems &  Starch production machinery.

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

• Ensure compliance with government safety standards for boilers and pressure vessels.
