Experience:

• At least 1 year

• The candidate must have a Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical from any recognized Govt. approved institution with a minimum of CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

• At least 1 year

• Age At least 20 years

• Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates

• Candidate experienced with relevant field will be preferred

• Understanding of incidents related to electrical or fire hazards

• Knowledge about functioning of critical equipment (ACs, generators, packing machines and other equipment) and safe HVAC troubleshooting

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

• Confidence and the ability to work independently

• Remains calm and effective under pressure

• Able to manage any unwanted situation

• Perform installation, servicing, operation, and maintenance of VRF AC, Split AC, and Central AC systems

• Conduct AC leak tests, repair leaks, perform gas charging, replace circuits, and identify and resolve other related problems

• Ensure service and maintaintenance dehumidifiers, humidifiers, germinator, and other electromagnetic equipment

• Operate and maintain diesel generators, ATS, AVR, air conditioners, electric geysers, water pumps, motors, and solar systems

• Ensure service and maintainenance packing machinery, including sealing machines, bag closer machines, and weighing balances

• Perform electrical works such as wiring, lighting, and cabling with high-quality finishing

• Inform senior authorities about any electromechanical faults or issues and resolve them according to their instructions

• Keep electromechanical equipment and machines clean on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Adhere to safety regulations related to electricity, electrical work, and fire safety

• Assist in SPC related other works as needed

• Act as the daily contact for truck drivers and third-party logistics providers to coordinate delivery schedules, deliver required documentation, and quickly address any transit issues

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
