Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Supervise installation, commissioning, modification, and overhauling of production equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance of molds, machines, utilities, and related equipment.
Monitor machine performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Prepare maintenance reports, equipment history, and downtime analysis.
Train and develop the maintenance team to improve technical capability.
