Hotel Noorjahan Grand, Sylhet, is looking for experienced, skilled candidates for the positions of Senior Technician and General AC Technician to oversee and maintain our hotel's HVAC, cooling, and general technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, servicing, and troubleshooting of Central HVAC, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Split ACs, and refrigeration equipment across the hotel facility.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems, compressors, fan coil units, and control circuits promptly.

• Assist in managing general technical maintenance, including basic electrical wiring, plumbing, generator upkeep, and mechanical systems.

• Maintain a preventative maintenance log to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations for guest rooms, banquet halls, and dining areas.

• Respond immediately to urgent maintenance requests from hotel guests and management.

• Strictly comply with safety procedures, electrical codes, and environmental handling standards for refrigerants.

• Supervise external vendors or junior support staff during major equipment overhauls or installations (for Senior Technician role).
