Responsibilities & Context:
Hotel Noorjahan Grand is seeking energetic, guest-oriented Room Attendants to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, luxury, and comfort in our guest rooms and suites.
Key Responsibilities:
Change bed linens, make beds, and clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors in accordance with hotel policy.
Replenish room amenities, towels, toiletries, and minibar items daily.
Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, dust furniture, and ensure all room fixtures are operating correctly.
Report any damaged items, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the hotel.
Turn in all lost and found items found in guest rooms to management promptly.
