• Age 25 to 35 years

1. Industrial Utility Management: Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy industrial utility systems.

2. Garment Machinery Maintenance: Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting electrical components of modern apparel machinery, including servo motors, automatic cutting machines, fusing systems, and finishing equipment.

3. Industrial Automation: Competency in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and sensors.

4. Electrical Diagnostics: Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools, including thermal imaging cameras for panel inspections, insulation testers (Megger), and earth resistance meters.

5. Schematic Reading: Strong ability to read, interpret, and update complex electrical blueprints, circuit layouts, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

6. Hazard Prevention: Ability to identify and rectify potential electrical hazards, hot spots, or short-circuit risks to maintain zero-accident factory floors.

7. Maintenance Recordkeeping: Experience in generating and executing daily log sheets, energy consumption charts, and preventive maintenance schedules.

8.Certification:Must need  Valid electrical supervisory license/certificate issued by the regional licensing board. (ABC Certificate wiil get preffer)
