Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 40 years
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and English communication.
Strong willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
Candidates familiar with Rieter, Marzoli, Murata, Electrojet or other textile spinning machinery will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of spinning machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, VFD/inverter, servo drive, motor, sensor, and control systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Carry out electrical wiring, panel maintenance, testing, and replacement of electrical components.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modification works.
Monitor machine performance and support root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
Prepare daily maintenance reports, machine history, spare parts records, and maintenance schedules using MS Excel.
Communicate professionally with suppliers and machine manufacturers through email when required.
Follow electrical safety standards and perform any other maintenance tasks assigned by the department.
