Excellent communication skill of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of various industrial sewing machines, garment construction, and needle-to-fabric technicalities.

• Head of Job Trainer:

1. Systematic Training Implementation: Develop and execute structured training modules for operators to ensure they master the `Standard Operating Procedure` (SOP) for each operation.

2. ​Productivity Optimization: Conduct rigorous SMV (Standard Minute Value) analysis and train operators to achieve the target efficiency from the very first hour of production.

3. ​Line Balancing & Flow Control: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the production line, perform real-time line balancing, and ensure a smooth flow of components.

4. ​Technical Skill Assessment: Maintain and update comprehensive skill matrices for all operators to monitor performance trends and identify areas requiring re-training.

5. ​New Style Introduction: Lead the technical setup during the pilot run of new styles, ensuring all quality and productivity benchmarks are met before full-scale production.

6. ​NPT Mitigation: Constantly monitor and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT) by ensuring operators have the correct machine attachments, tools, and technical guidance.

7. Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment industry.
