Strong practical experience in SMV/SAM, line balancing, capacity planning, time study, and productivity improvement.

Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and IE-related software/ERP systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean/continuous-improvement techniques.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Industrial Engineering function for production efficiency and productivity improvement.
Develop SMV/SAM for new and existing bag styles.
Conduct time study, method study, line balancing, capacity study, and manpower planning.
Establish operation breakdown and standard production methods.
Analyze line efficiency, productivity, bottlenecks, downtime, and capacity utilization.
Support Production and Planning teams in achieving production targets.
Develop and implement productivity-improvement projects.
Monitor operator performance and production line efficiency.
Establish appropriate manpower and machine requirements for new orders.
Prepare IE reports, efficiency dashboards, capacity reports, and management presentations.
Work closely with Pilot, Production, QA, Planning, and Merchandising teams during new product development.
