Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of the factory.
Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, inspection systems, and quality objectives.
Monitor quality from incoming materials through cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing, packing, and final inspection.
Establish and monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection procedures.
Analyze customer complaints, rejection, rework, defects, and quality-performance data.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Pilot, IE, Planning, Merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure products comply with buyer specifications, approved samples, AQL requirements, and applicable standards.
Train and develop QA/QC personnel.
Prepare quality reports and present improvement plans to management.
