Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Woven Manufacturing

• Masters

Experience in bags, handbags, garments, footwear, leather goods, or other export-oriented manufacturing industries will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.

• Good knowledge of LC and international trade practices.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with good proficiency in MS Office.

• Manage export and import-related commercial activities.

• Handle shipping documentation, LC, invoice, packing list, EXP, COO, BL/AWB, and other export documents.

• Coordinate with buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, C&F agents, banks, customs, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure timely shipment of finished goods according to buyer requirements.

• Monitor vessel/flight schedules, booking, container planning, and shipment status.

• Check export documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and QA teams.

• Maintain proper records of shipments, export documents, and commercial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable export, customs, banking, and company procedures.
