• The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in the Planning Department with Knit garments.

• For assigned buyers to follow-up, prepare & maintain monthly, order-wise & style-wise production plans based on shipment priorities & available capacity.

• Collect, consolidate & analyze confirmed orders, forecasts & shipment requirements from M&M.

• Monitor TNA & ensure timely completion of PP approval, material readiness, production file receiving status & pre-production milestones.

• Review & follow up on fabric, accessories, print & embroidery readiness against production requirements.

• Develop & monitor cutting, sewing input & line-loading plans based on SMV, capacity, efficiency & shipment requirements.

• Validate planned capacity against actual line capacity & performance, identifying overloading, under-utilization & bottlenecks.

• Monitor daily planned vs. actual production & identify deviations at an early stage.

• Conduct regular follow-up with Production, IE, Cutting, Fabric, Accessories, Merchandising & other functions to ensure plan adherence.

• Analyze root causes of production shortfall, WIP imbalance, delayed inputs & schedule deviation, & coordinate corrective actions.

• Maintain daily & weekly production visibility reports & management dashboards, covering order status, cutting, sewing, WIP & shipment readiness.

• Maintain a rolling production plan considering shipment priority, capacity, material readiness & production constraints.

• Identify potential shipment risks 5–7 days in advance & coordinate recovery actions including resequencing, line reallocation & additional capacity.

• Ensure alignment between Planning, IE & Production on realistic capacity, targets & line loading.

• Analyze planning & production data to improve capacity utilization, schedule adherence & production flow.

• Escalate critical & recurring issues to the Team Manager &/or Head of Planning with data-based analysis & recommended actions.

• Support the Head of Planning in improving planning systems, production monitoring, KPI tracking & operational controls.
