• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• The incumbent should have at least 1 year of work experience in any large knit garments/ any industry.

• Ensure basic physical treatment & consultancy to employees and counsel employees with basic health guidelines.

• Provide prescription with recommendation as per health requirement.

• Ensure proper treatment of emergency patients/ accidental patients to the nearest hospital as soon as possible.

• Provide Age Estimation Certificate to the newly recruited worker after examining physical fitness.

• Provide Maternity Leave suggestions after verifying documents.

• Provide sickness leave recommendation to the employees after physical checking and verifying documents as well as sick leave and certificate.

• Ensure re-order level maintenance of medicine.

• Prepare, provide & maintain buyer compliance reports of the company.

• Counsel & train the responsible person about the use of the First Aid Box on the uses and purpose of medicine.
