Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and factory operations.

• Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and coordination ability.

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with good proficiency in MS Office.

• Plan and control production activities from order confirmation through shipment.

• Prepare production plans, capacity plans, line loading, and daily/weekly production schedules.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Production, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial departments.

• Monitor production efficiency, output, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, accessories, trims, and packaging materials.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor WIP and ensure smooth flow of materials between different production processes.

• Prepare production reports and management dashboards.

• Ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved without compromising quality.
