Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Age At least 28 years

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and IT security best practices.

• Microsoft 365 Certification will be an advantage.

• Fortinet Certification – NSE 1 or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide timely support in a fast-paced business/factory environment.

1. Ensure day-to-day IT support and timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to minimize operational downtime.

2. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure for reliable connectivity.

3. Provide user support for ERP, business applications, Microsoft 365, email, and other IT-enabled systems, including vendor coordination when required.

4. Maintain and monitor servers, data storage, backup systems, and system availability to support business continuity and disaster recovery.

5. Implement and monitor IT security measures, including endpoint protection, user access control, password security, data protection, and cybersecurity practices.

6. Maintain CCTV, access control, IP telephony, and other technology-based security and communication systems.

7. Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, maintenance records, and technical documentation; support IT procurement and vendor management.

8. Support IT requirements related to factory operations, production systems, digitalization, automation, IoT, and Smart Factory initiatives.

9. Ensure IT readiness for customer, compliance, and statutory audits by maintaining required systems, records, security controls, and supporting documentation.
