Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Woven Manufacturing

• Bachelor/Honors

Strong practical knowledge of bag construction, sewing, cutting, materials, accessories, and production processes.

• Only Male

• Strong product-development and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

• Ability to understand technical drawings, patterns, specifications, and BOM.

• Knowledge of different bag materials, construction methods, and sewing operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with good proficiency in MS Office

• Lead the Pilot Team for development of new bags, handbags, backpacks, luggage, and accessories.

• Coordinate with Design, Development, Merchandising, Production, QA, IE, and Engineering teams.

• Review samples, technical specifications, drawings, patterns, BOM, and construction details.

• Ensure new styles are developed according to buyer specifications and approved standards.

• Identify construction, material, machine, and production-related problems during pilot production.

• Conduct pilot runs and ensure smooth transfer of approved styles to mass production.

• Improve product manufacturability, productivity, quality, and cost.

• Maintain proper records of samples, pilot reports, technical issues, and corrective actions.
