• Support the implementation of the Group's environmental sustainability strategy and ensure alignment with corporate sustainability commitments and customer expectations.

• Lead environmental sustainability initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities to achieve consistent performance and compliance.

• Establish annual sustainability objectives, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps for all factories.

• Prepare monthly sustainability performance dashboards, KPI reports, and executive management presentations.

• Manage customer sustainability platforms and reporting requirements, including CDP, Worldly (Higg FEM), Clean Chain, and other customer portals.

• Support annual sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.

• Lead the completion, verification, and continuous improvement of Worldly (Higg FEM) and FDM assessments for all manufacturing facilities.

• Ensure all factories maintain full compliance with environmental laws, regulatory permits, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate the renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificates (ECC), environmental permits, and statutory compliance requirements in collaboration with external consultants and regulatory authorities.

• Standardize environmental policies, procedures, and legal compliance systems across all manufacturing sites.

• Plan and conduct internal environmental compliance audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor environmental KPIs and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.

• Ensure proper chemical storage, handling, labeling, and disposal practices.

• Implement hazardous waste management procedures.

• Support ZDHC MRSL compliance and wastewater testing programs.

• Coordinate waste reduction, recycling, and circularity initiatives.

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Compliance, HR, Procurement, Merchandising, and Finance teams to integrate sustainability into business operations.

• Provide strategic directions to factory sustainability teams and ensure alignment with Group sustainability goals.

• Frequently needs to visit plants.
