Responsibilities & Context:
Application is invited from the qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Electrician on the prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.
Job Responsibilities
To perform regular maintenance of all electrical systems in the building.
To diagnose and repair problems in lights, fans, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and DB boards.
To quickly resolve electrical faults, short circuits, load issues, and power breakdowns.
To monitor and maintain generators, UPS systems, sub-panels, distribution boards, and related equipment.
To assist with AC servicing, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
To provide electrical support and maintenance services across all floors.
To respond quickly during emergency breakdown situations.
To coordinate with the office administration to complete maintenance work smoothly.
To keep proper records in the maintenance logbook.
To perform other related maintenance duties as assigned.
To install, modify, and commission electrical wiring, panels, motors, lighting systems, and related equipment.
To read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
To execute any other activities assigned by the authority.
