Responsibilities & Context:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, transformers, switchgears, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and power distribution systems.
Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and control panels.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Perform loop checking and instrument commissioning activities.
Maintain instrumentation records and maintenance reports.
Diagnose faults in PLC, DCS, and SCADA-related field devices.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance departments.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment history records.
