Responsibilities & Context:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for both office and factory staff
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules across all locations
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management for office and factory employees
Oversee performance appraisals and employee records
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR MIS reporting
Handle employee/worker relations and grievance resolution
Coordinate with factory management on manpower planning and welfare compliance
Support development of HR policies as the company grows
