Job Context

A renowned and well-established Sweater Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join its factory management team as Head of HR, Admin & Compliance. The position will be responsible for managing overall HR, administration, employee relations, factory compliance, and workplace discipline in line with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall HR, Admin & Compliance operations of the sweater manufacturing factory.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with factory requirements.

  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.

  • Ensure effective employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and workplace discipline.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules, and applicable RMG industry requirements.

  • Manage factory compliance requirements related to social, ethical, safety, and customer compliance standards.

  • Coordinate and prepare the factory for customer, social, ethical, and statutory compliance audits.

  • Ensure proper documentation, corrective action plans, and timely closure of audit findings.

  • Supervise factory administration, security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, welfare, and other general services.

  • Maintain a safe, disciplined, respectful, and productive working environment.

  • Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and other departments on HR and administrative matters.

  • Develop employee engagement, welfare, training, and retention initiatives.

  • Prepare and submit regular HR, Admin, Compliance, manpower, and management reports.

  • Guide and develop the HR, Admin & Compliance team to ensure effective factory operations.
