Job Context

KB Petrochemicals Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HR) to lead and manage the Company's HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective HR strategies, ensuring employee engagement and discipline, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and Company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services.

  • Prepare manpower plans, HR budgets, and workforce-related reports.

  • Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

  • Prepare manpower plans, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.

  • Coordinate CV screening, written tests, interviews, reference checks, and final selection.

  • Ensure timely recruitment of competent employees according to organizational requirements.

  • Develop effective onboarding and employee orientation programs.

  • Develop and implement an effective KPI/KRA-based Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Coordinate probationary and annual performance evaluations.

  • Review compensation practices and provide recommendations to Management.

  • Handle employee grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.

  • Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
