Responsibilities & Context:

Madina Developments Ltd., a leading real estate and construction company, is looking for a proactive, analytical, and experienced Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management to strengthen its Supply Chain team. The selected candidate will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, sourcing, inventory coordination, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Source and procure construction materials, MEP items, Commercial and Mechanical equipment or items.

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Comparative Statements (CS), Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders (WO).

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedules.

  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Accounts, and Store departments.

  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier database.

  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Follow company procurement policies and ensure compliance.

  • Prepare procurement reports and perform any other tasks assigned by management.
