• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

Experience in high-rise commercial, Govt. work, residential, industrial or institutional projects will be preferred.

• Plan, organize, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to handover.

• Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, resource plans, and budgets.

• Ensure project completion within the approved scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and construction schedules.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), project specifications, and relevant safety regulations.

• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Verify contractors' bills, work measurements, and progress claims.

• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction quality and workplace safety.

• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.

• Attend project coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• Prepare project completion reports, handover documentation, and close-out reports.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

• Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

• Good command of both English and Bangla (written and spoken)
