*. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics or Finance preferred;*
2+ years of relevant experience in account services, import/export, logistics and customs clearance, or warehousing;*
Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage; native-level Bangla;*
Proficient in MS Office and able to independently prepare documents and spreadsheets;*
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; local foreign trade resources are an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Company: DhakaFirst — a one-stop cross-border trade service provider offering multi-currency account agency services (USD/BDT/CNY/HKD), import and export agency services, logistics and customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. The company serves clients across China, Bangladesh, and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-currency account opening and track the progress of applications;
Manage the full process of import and export orders, including documentation and coordination of warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation;
Liaise with local merchants, Chinese suppliers, and overseas clients;
Organize and maintain contracts and business documents, and assist with business development activities.
