Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
A Tender Bidder is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive bids within deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Search and monitor tender notices from government and private organizations.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare and submit tender/bid documents accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Accounts, and Technical teams.
Collect and verify all required legal and company documents (Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT, Bank Solvency, Experience Certificates, etc.).
Prepare price quotations and cost sheets in coordination with management.
Ensure compliance with tender rules, terms, and conditions.
Maintain records of submitted bids, bid securities, and contract documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and respond to client queries when required.
Follow up on bid evaluation results, contract awards, and performance guarantees.
