Financial & Commercial Fluency: Deeply knowledgeable in margin structures, payment terms, minimum commitments, working capital, credit, and collections. Ability to negotiate without giving away company economics. Contractual Execution: Able to read contracts, instruct legal counsel, and maintain a clean decision trail independently. High Professional Credibility: Exceptionally credible and composed across the negotiating table from international brand principals.Preferred (Not Required): Principal-side or Korean Beauty (K-Beauty) brand experience.Premium, luxury, or prestige brand background. Prior experience managing or undergoing a formal brand-partner audit.Experience Requirements· 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, partnerships, customer development, modern trade, or key accounts within Bangladesh.Sector Background: Must come from beauty, personal care, consumer health, pharmacy, or the FMCG sector. Proven Track Record: You have personally carried a major partnership from a senior introduction to a signed agreement and onward to revenue—not just opened doors or supervised a team that did it. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related commercial discipline. (Deep practical deal-making track record will be valued over specific academic credentials).
Deal Lifecycle Execution: Take international brand opportunities from qualified interest through commercial agreement, brand launch, and first revenue generation.
Commercial Diligence: Coordinate data-rooms and commercial due diligence across external counsel, internal finance, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms within an approved mandate, covering territory, exclusivity, minimum purchase quantities, pricing, payment terms, launch support, and data reporting.
Contract Management: Drive contract process discipline, including term sheets, issues logs, legal counsel instructions, redline management, and maintaining the post-signature obligations calendar.
Route-to-Market Strategy: Map out the Bangladesh market, establish trade terms, manage sell-in, set margins, handle credit/collections, and protect price integrity and territory compliance.
Channel Mobilization: Convene the authorized channel by hosting AFOUR's trade partner roundtables and converting them into a qualified corporate account and sub-distributor pipeline.
