Job Requirements·Must be able to speak honestly about performance metrics, including periods when targets were missed. Fluent in acquisition cost, conversion, basket size, and cohort retention to drive active decision-making.       Deep understanding of cash-on-delivery (COD) markets and its impact on conversion, returns, and cash flow.·         Hands-on mindset: Willingness to personally answer customer messages during the first month.Helpful, but not required: Experience with Shopify in production, WhatsApp Business API, and Klaviyo (or equivalent lifecycle tooling).Industry Preference: Background in beauty, fashion, or another category where advice drives the sale. Multi-market experience is a plus. Educational Requirements·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (flexible for candidates with exceptional proven track records).Experience Requirements· Proven experience carrying a revenue or contribution-margin target.·         Experience building a business or channel from scratch without an inherited team or playbook.

P&L Ownership: Own the e-commerce and assisted-commerce P&L, including revenue, contribution margin, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

WhatsApp Concierge Channel: Design and manage the end-to-end funnel, conversion, staffing, service standards, and reorder processes.

Shopify Performance: Oversee merchandising, conversion optimization, and experimentation for our storefront.

CRM & Lifecycle Management: Build an enriched, permissioned customer base and design programmes to retain it.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a small, high-performing concierge and customer experience team.
