Responsibilities & Context:
Source trending and profitable products from wholesale markets and suppliers across Bangladesh.
Visit wholesale markets (Chawkbazar, Islampur, Gulistan, Nawabpur and other sourcing hubs).
Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiate product prices and commercial terms.
Compare product quality, pricing and competitor offerings.
Prepare product costing, expected selling price and profit margin reports.
Coordinate with the inventory, operations and marketing teams.
Build and maintain a supplier database.
Regularly submit market research and new product recommendations.
