Responsibilities & Context:
* Source and procure yarn, chemicals, dyes, inks, threads, packaging and other production materials / local and abroad.
* Develop suppliers and negotiate best price, quality and delivery terms.
* Prepare POs and follow up on orders and deliveries.
* Maintain supplier evaluation, purchase records and reports.
* Coordinate with Production, Store, Planning and Finance for uninterrupted material supply.
* Monitor market prices, lead times and supplier performance.
