Necessary Training will be provided for the below Job Responsibilities:

• Operate RFID production machines safely and efficiently according to SOPs.

• Set up production jobs and ensure machines are correctly configured before each production run.

• Continuously monitor machine performance and production quality throughout the shift.

• Perform RFID encoding, printing and quality inspections to ensure all products meet customer

specifications.

• Identify production issues, analyze root causes and resolve minor machine or process problems

independently whenever possible.

• Escalate technical issues promptly to supervisors or engineers when required.

• Follow production schedules and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced

manufacturing environment.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Accurately record production data, machine performance and quality results.

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe production environment.

• Take ownership of your production line by being proactive, responsible and continuously looking

for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

• Work closely with operators, engineers, supervisors and the quality team to ensure smooth

production.
