Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

Candidate should have below work experience:

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish production standards and improve productivity.

• Monitor machine efficiency, operator efficiency, and overall production performance.

• Prepare line balancing, manpower planning, and production capacity analysis.

• Analyze manufacturing processes for Crochet Elastic, Jacquard Elastic, Needle Loom, Drawstring, Bow, and other narrow fabric products.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and standard production methods.

• Prepare and conduct technical skill tests for recruitment, employee competency evaluation, and confirmation assessments.

• Develop and administer skill assessment programs for annual performance appraisal, promotion, and increment recommendations.

• Prepare IE reports, productivity analyses, KPIs, and recommend cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
