Oversee loading operations as per distribution plan and requisitions, ensuring correct quantity, batch, and documentation before dispatch.
2.Oversee unloading of RM and FG, ensure proper stickering as per QA SOP, and maintain all relevant records.
3,Create and process Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in ERP and ensure batch-wise physical verification during dispatch.
4.Ensure timely and accurate Goods Receipt (GR) posting in ERP and reconcile physical stock with system records.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and stock reports with complete accuracy.
6.Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of gift and promotional items, maintaining proper documentation.
7.Maintain warehouse registers, inspection reports, and delivery documentation as per company requirements.
8.Handle depot return products as per SOP, including segregation, documentation, and system update.
9.Ensure proper implementation of FEFO (First Expiry First Out) for FG items.
10.Update location sheets, bin cards, and government regulatory registers regularly.
11.Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, space utilization, and overall warehouse discipline.
12.Support and coordinate warehouse-related training activities.
13.Ensure compliance with company EHS standards within warehouse operations.
