• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other design software.·       Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural design, and site development.·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

·       Factory Infrastructure Design: Plan and design layouts for buildings, roads, drainage, and utility systems within the factory premises.

·       Construction Supervision: Oversee civil construction projects including foundations, structural works, and site development.

·       Maintenance Management: Ensure timely repair and upkeep of factory structures, pavements, and utility networks.

·       Safety Compliance: Implement civil engineering solutions that meet environmental, health, and safety regulations.

·       Project Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to align civil works with manufacturing needs.

·       Cost Estimation: Prepare budgets, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and cost analyses for civil projects.

·       Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
