  • 6-8 Years Experience for Graduate Civil Engineer or 12-15 years for Diploma Civil Engineer in Real Estate Sector of Building or Land Project.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good knowledge of report preparation, documentation and record keeping.

  • Ability to coordinate with different departments, contractors and stakeholders.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong team management and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices.

  • Ability to prepare and maintain official correspondence, files and reports.

  • Good command of Bangla and English, both written and verbal.

  • Willingness to travel/site visits when required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Organize blueprints, shop drawings, and permits.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.

  • Understanding of building codes and work rates.

  • Update digital project tracking systems.

  • Archive as-built plans and final project records.

  • Cost and Schedule Control.

  • Track daily field reports and progress metrics.

  • Monitor material budgets and expenditures.

  • Review contractor payment applications and invoices.

  • Assist with change orders and analyze claims.

  • Communication and Support at any stage.

  • Link field teams with external suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.

  • Prepare routine project status reports.

  • Coordinate procurement needs and delivery schedules.

  • Analyze any items of project by receiving market rate.

  • Submission MPR and MRR to Concern Department by ERP.

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to satisfy internal demands.

  • Complete real-time data entry in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
