Experience:
Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputed Public/Private University.·
Part qualitied of CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification will receive preference.
Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation and related disciplines
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Companies.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, IFRS and IAS .Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT, TDS/TCS and Mushka regulations.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Strong leadership, team management and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of integrity, honesty, accuracy and professional ethics.
Strong knowledge of ERP, Tally and computerized accounting systems.
Ability to independently lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, Audit, Budgeting and Financial Reporting functions of the organization/Group.
Prepare, review and consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual and statutory financial statements.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing.
Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term business growth.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial projections, business planning and CAPEX planning.
Prepare and analyze MIS, KPI, variance, profitability and trend reports for management.
Develop financial models, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, business valuation, ROI, IRR, NPV and scenario analysis.
Manage working capital, cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning and treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Bangladesh Bank regulations, RJSC requirements, NBR regulations and other statutory obligations.
Oversee corporate tax planning, tax returns, withholding tax, tax assessments, VAT compliance, Mushak management and NBR correspondence.
Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, tax audit, VAT audit and compliance audit.
Ensure proper General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation and Consolidation Accounting.
Monitor project-wise and company-wise financial performance and profitability.
Ensure proper accounting and financial control over real-estate projects, land/project costs, development expenses and related transactions.
Review payments, expense claims, cash transactions, bank transactions and financial documents.
Assist top management in strategic financial planning, investment decisions and business expansion.
